THE EIGHTH DAY OF CREATION WOULD FOLLOW AFTER THE SEVENTH DAY, BUT HOW LONG WHERE THE DAYS OF CREATION. Many Will Claim That God Began The Creation Of The First Day In The Morning, Even Though No Morning Is Mentioned, Except For The Beginning Of The Second Day. Likewise, when it comes to the Seventh Day there is a morning to begin the day, but no evening mentioned to close the day.

When you are talking of the eight day, one assumes that you are referring to an eighth day that presumably comes after the seventh day when God rested from His works of Creation.

When the Creator God was working, creating the Universe, some people think that working means speaking (in the same sense as people rattle on without thought) and not exerting any energy and it took twenty-four hours of speaking for six twenty-four days. Consequently, they believe that they are correct when they fabricate an eighth day whereupon God stopped resting from his speaking. Yet those of us who are taught of the Holy Spirit—who leads us into all truth—will tell only what we are taught by Him.
  • But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. (John 14:26)
  • But when the Counselor comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness to me (John 15:26)
  • When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. (John 16:13)
Here is the truth. God has not finished from His Sabbath rest that He began after the Sixth Day of Creation. The book of Hebrews states concerning God’s Seventh Day rest:
For we who have believed enter that rest, as he has said, “As I swore in my wrath, ‘They shall never enter my rest,’” although his works were finished from the foundation of the world.
For he has somewhere spoken of the seventh day in this way, “And God rested on the seventh day from all his works.”
And again in this place he said,“They shall never enter my rest.”
Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience, again he sets a certain day, “Today,” saying through David so long afterward, in the words already quoted, “Today, when you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.”
For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not speak later of another day. So then, there remains a sabbath rest for the people of God; for whoever enters God’s rest also ceases from his labors as God did from his.
Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, that no one fall by the same sort of disobedience. (Hebrews 4:3–11)
Those who claim the Creation Days are twenty-four hour days, using a series of tautological gymnastics to convey that their incorrect assumption has to be true, do so because they want to believe their misconception rather than seek God for the truth.

I sought God for the truth and He showed me that the first day of Creation recorded in Genesis, chapter one, has no beginning and the seventh day has no ending. The Sun, which is responsible for the twenty-four-hour day was created on the fourth day.

Regardless of the fact that Peter states that a day is as a thousand years to the Lord and one thousand years is as a day, all of Creation was actually created in a single day, even though there are six evenings and mornings (ref: Only Words Written By The Finger Of God).

The Seventh Day is NOW, it is called TODAY. For God is still resting from His works of Creation and invites us to join Him. However, the Evil One (Lucifer, the Devil), who took humankind captive when Adam forsook his personal responsibility to seek the truth from his Creator, does not want any of us to experience God’s rest—hence the need to strive against his wiles (cf. Ephesians 6:11) to enter God’s rest.

Effectively, when the eighth day comes, this will be the time when God creates a new Earth and new Heaven (Revelation 21). The time frames have a purpose, but the days of Creation are not to be taken as twenty-four-hour days. The idea that God is governed by twenty-four-hour days is more ridiculous than God using the process of evolution—even though that is not true.
