GOD THE SHINING ONE COULD BE A REFERENCE TO THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY OR IT COULD BE A REFERENCE TO ONE WHO SHINES AND IS CONSIDERED TO BE GOD. In Respect To The One Who Shines, This Could Merely Be A Reflection Of The Light That Comes From Another Source. The deception of smoke and mirrors often catches people out and rather than seeking the truth, the lie is swallowed.

The words that you are seeking to understand appear to be Eloah Helel or Elohim Helel, which would probably be translated as “the shining god” or “God the Shining One”, or “the God Who Shines”, depending upon the context.

In all probability this is a reference to Satan— that is, Lucifer—if considered from a biblical point of view.

The following is from the the Strong’s Concordance:
eloah: Original Word: אֱל֫וֹהַּ,
Part of Speech: Noun Masculine
Transliteration: eloah
Phonetic Spelling: ((shortened) >eloahh {el-o'-ah)
Helel is a transliteration of the Hebrew הֵילֵל (helel) -- a shining one —Strongs Concordance. This is found only once in the Bible and is translated:
  • How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! (King James Version)
  • “How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, You who have weakened the nations! (New American Standard Bible)
  • “How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low! (Revised Standard Version)
  • How hast thou fallen from the heavens, O shining one, son of the dawn! Thou hast been cut down to earth, O weakener of nations. (Youngs Literal Translation)
However there is a verse that speaks of God, god ’ĕ·lō·hê as being the God of Salvation. (HEB: צוּרִי וְיָרוּם אֱלוֹהֵי יִשְׁעִֽי׃) .
  • The Lord lives; and blessed be my rock, and exalted be the God of my salvation, (Psalm 18:46)
The only reference to “helel” in the Bible is to the shining one who has fallen—Lucifer. The closest word to “elohel” transliterated appears to be “elohe”, which is found twice in the Old Testament, with one instance being a reference to the God of Salvation in the book of Psalms. When we consider these two facts, we have the idea resident in your expression “Elohel Helel” that the shining one is god.

However, what we know is that the shining one has fallen and has now become the god of this world who has blinded the minds of unbelievers.
  • In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the likeness of God. (2 Corinthians 4:4)
Many people are fascinated in the god of this world, but the light that he reflects is exactly that—a reflection. The true light is only found when we invite the Lord Jesus Christ into our lives.
