JESUS HAD TO HAVE HAD A BIOLOGICAL FATHER OR THE THEORY OF EVOLUTION IS FALSE, SO TAKE YOUR PICK. Actually That Is The Way People Who Want To Deceive Operative. Those who desire the truth are much more circumspect and are always willing to let the evidence to the talking rather than a loose tongue guided by a scatterbrain.

I just came across this and wondered whether historians have any sort of agreement about this topic.
The first clue is the location where Mary stayed shortly after the angel Gabriel revealed that Mary would give birth to Jesus. Mary stayed in the home of Zecharias and his wife Elizabeth, Mary's sister. (Luke 1:56) She stayed there for three months. Why did the angel Gabriel say that Jesus would be conceived by the "Holy Spirit?" Gabriel said that in order to reveal to Mary that Jesus' biological father was to be a holy man chosen by God. Did Mary have contact with such a holy man during the time in which Jesus was conceived? Yes. Jesus' biological father is none other than the priest Zecharias, the father of John the Baptist
Historians create whatever narrative that fits their belief system. Fortunately, we do not have to make our decisions based upon historians' interpretations of events that occurred in times past. The sad truth about history is evidenced by the fact historians often claim to have debunked the historical accounts of other historians. Academia is full of people who are trying to make a name for themselves, on the one hand, but, who, on the other hand, have to pull the party line and comply with the belief system that is being promoted by the powers-that-be. Then there are the histories that are recorded by the victors that distort the true picture of events.

When it comes to the Bible, archaeological evidence supports the historical narrative. Many people express their ignorance and claim they are knowledgeable about historical facts, yet scoff when shown solid undeniable archaeological evidence that verifies the historical truth of the Scriptures. On top of this, we can add the prophetic witness. Then there is the invitation to encounter the risen Savior for those who genuinely desire the truth.

For those who want to use the Bible to support any claim that Jesus was not the pre-existent Son of God before He entered the body of the baby born of Mary, there is the appropriate evidence. For those who want to twist Scripture to fit their own narrative there is no evidence, just mere fabrication and omission of data.

Speaking about clues, here is the most important clue: If people, who have genuinely discovered Lord Jesus Christ to have risen from the dead, testify that He is the Son of God, obviously, there is no need to go looking for needles in haystacks that do not exist. Yet those who want to discredit themselves to support some assumption that Mary was not a virgin when she gave birth to the male child, reject the truth, and go looking for non-existent clues.

Jesus had no biological father. The Holy Spirit brought about conception within her womb. Human beings do not understand this, although they are willing to promote same sex marriage but overlook that unless a marriage is consummated it is not a marriage. Joseph, though married to Mary, did not consummate the marriage until after the birth of the Holy Child.

Nevertheless, even though Jesus had other half-brothers, He made a point of saying that those who do the will of God are the ones who belong to His family.
  • And his mother and his brothers came; and standing outside they sent to him and called him. And a crowd was sitting about him; and they said to him, “Your mother and your brothers are outside, asking for you.” And he replied, “Who are my mother and my brothers?” And looking around on those who sat about him, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! Whoever does the will of God is my brother, and sister, and mother.” (Mark 3:31–35)
As for having a father, there is no evidence of Jesus regarding Joseph as his father. For as a child, Jesus knew who His Father was really. We read:
  • And when they saw him they were astonished; and his mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us so? Behold, your father and I have been looking for you anxiously.” And he said to them, “How is it that you sought me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?”
Now if Jesus had a biological father, why would he deny him, when the only words written by the Finger of God state that He had to honor his parents, and the Bible tells us that He fulfilled the law (Matthew 5:17). Moreover, the Bible tells us that Jesus did not sin
  • For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.(2 Corinthians 5:21)
Any historian who is using the Scriptures and thoroughly checks out the archaeological record has to conclude that the Bible is historically accurate and because of this trustworthy. Therefore, the evidence within the Bible is that Jesus did not acknowledge his biological father, which would have been a sin if he had one. Since Jesus did not sin, he obviously had no biological father.
